Yes, alongside it. ShiftComplete doesn't hold care plans, medication records (eMAR) or daily care notes, so there's nothing to move and nothing to type twice. Your care records and eMAR stay exactly where they are. ShiftComplete covers the staffing, compliance and evidence side of running the home.
Your data is stored in the UK, in London. You're the data controller and we're your processor. We keep personal details to a minimum: residents appear as initials or a room number on incident records, and DBS checks are recorded by certificate number and date, never the content. Staff files, including nurses' PINs, are only visible to the managers you choose.
Most homes start with the rota and the staff list, then add training records, PINs and checks over the first few weeks. Book a 15-minute call and we'll set it up with you. Staff use it on any phone, tablet or computer, in the browser, so there's nothing to install.

Yes. Tell us where you're registered and ShiftComplete follows your regulator: CQC in England, Care Inspectorate Wales, the Care Inspectorate in Scotland, or RQIA in Northern Ireland. Nurse cover and NMC PINs work the same everywhere; staff files also track Social Care Wales, SSSC or NISCC registration for care staff.
